Luke Spude currently serves as the Director of Finance for the Door County Medical Center where he oversees the day-to-day accounting functions and helps with business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Luke works closely with both clinical and non-clinical leaders to understand their finances and the implications of various decisions.

Luke, a Door County native, is a proud graduate of Southern Door High School. He went on to graduate from Marian University of Fon du Lac with a double major in Health Care Administration and Human Resources and earned his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Care Administration from St. Norbert College of De Pere. Luke continues to live in Southern Door County with his wife Amber and four children, CeCe, Ellie, Charlie and Henry. Luke and his family are active members of the St. Francis and St. Mary’s parish where the six of them can be found singing in the choir loft on any given Sunday.
